Creating a resource of trust and safety for a vulnerable community

TitoparaTi is an accident victims advocacy group with a mission to create a system of support for accident victims to get the justice they deserve.

Founded in the pre-internet era, this company served a primarily Spanish-speaking clientele through TV and radio ads directing callers to a single phone number. We partnered with them to modernize their offering and digital presence by creating a responsive website that engendered a sense of trust and confidence for their vulnerable audience.

We created a web and mobile experience that furthers the brand’s story in a cinematic way, using video content and modern UI to gain trust so that site visitors can easily get connected and become clients.

Design System

We opted to create a design system that can scale with the project, ensuring that all digital elements of the brand remain cohesive as TitoparaTI expands not only its website but its entire presence online, and in future applications.
