Advancing Conservation Philanthropy

For their annual Chautauqua event, the cornerstone event of the year, Stewards of the Georgia Coast commissioned NatMatt Studio to design a publication worthy of the cause it represents. Serving as a tangible expression of the organization’s mission and the non-profit groups it represents, the book connects donors to the landscapes, ecosystems, and communities their contributions sustain.

Through refined typography, intentional layout, and immersive scenic imagery, we created a publication that balances clarity with emotional resonance. The finished piece reinforces brand integrity while inspiring thoughtful, long-term stewardship.

We intentionally paired evocative coastal photography with the brand’s tranquil green color system and tradition-rooted logo, crafting a cover that feels both timeless and place-specific.

Open conference brochure with a scenic coastal landscape, a wooden walkway, and a person walking on it at sunset.
Open travel brochure featuring a white heron standing in a marsh, a pink flamingo in flight, and a sunset over the beach with clouds and water reflections.

As a strategic design decision, we wove nature and wildlife imagery throughout the book to continually reinforce the organization’s mission. A typographic system was implemented not only for clarity and long-form readability, but also as brand expression, introducing a modern sans-serif system that feels both refined and accessible.
