Herbal skincare with environmental wellbeing and ritual building in mind.

Laughing Tansy is clean, herbalist formulated skincare for everyone. Their approach to a holistic lifestyle with our herb derived formulated products help to make happy, healthy skin. Always free from harmful toxins.

Our focus was to match the branding and packaging to the same high level of luxurious herbal ingredients that their products contain. In our strategy we focused on what sets them apart. Having each and every product formulated by one of the founders, a certified herbalist, inspired the tagline “herbalist formulated skincare.”

We brought the brand ethos to life through their logo mark that reflected the luxuriously effective skincare with a serif font and created custom lettering in the ‘Y’ to reflect the softness and curves of the face. Our color palette was earthy to reflect the natural ingredients used in all of their products and colors that would evoke serenity and ease. Working these elements into their packaging we added illustrations of the main ingredient found in the product as a way to bring awareness to the herbalist formulated skincare. There is a bit of lightness and fun that is in the Laughing Tansy personality while still possessing an air of sophistication that fits the premium quality products. We carried this same thought process and feelings into their product photography and website to create a full user experience that allows the customer to really nourish themselves in the Laughing Tansy ethos and community.
